I recently stayed at this fabulous hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location on the lake is truly breathtaking, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities I needed, including free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure all my needs were met. The highlight of my stay was the spa area, with its amazing sauna cabins and guided sauna experiences. I also loved cooling off in the natural lake afterwards. It was such a rejuvenating experience.

The hotel is located in a serene area surrounded by nature. the rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and maintained with great cleanliness. the bathrooms are neat and tidy, and the staff is friendly and helpful. the breakfast has a great variety of foods, and the spa facilities are very relaxing. the natural lake in the vicinity and sauna area are particularly enjoyable.

Some areas of the hotel can get a bit noisy due to inadequate soundproofing in public areas.

My new year at this hotel was fantastic! The spa facilities were top-notch with a wide variety of sauna experiences and an amazing natural lake to cool off. The breakfast buffet was superb with a great variety of healthy options along with a delicious cooked breakfast. The staff was friendly and always willing to assist.

We had an unwelcome experience with the noise level coming from the main entrance area, with people chatting outside and keeping us up past midnight. While we reported the noise to reception, the problem persisted, which was quite annoying.

The food served in the restaurant was excellent, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, especially the sauna and the natural lake to cool down.

The rooms were a bit basic and could use some improvement in terms of furniture and fixtures. the staff seemed a bit unprepared and disorganized during the New Year's Eve celebration, which was a bit disappointing.
